Do you really believe that housing is cheaper in Israel than in America when you take into account the fact that incomes in Israel are lower than in America, and the cost of electricity,water, food, and gasoline are sky high in Israel?
In Israel the median household income is $37,000, while in America the median household income is around $49,000. Do you really believe that the free market will take care of the housing problem in Israel when oligarchies and monopolies such as Nesher control the construction business in Israel?
