Shalom my friends
Some interesting religious questions today.
There are many religions on the earth, and practically all of them with the obvious exception of Islam are pretty benign. I'm a little more universalist than most christians, if a religion is not Islamic I don't have a problem with it. This includes polytheists, I have some very good Hindu friends. Where will they stand in the order of things? If I recall my bible G-d didn't seem too keen on mutiple deity worship. If we're right and I think we are, then are polytheistic worshippers in for a shock when they go to the next world? I'm hoping it would turn out to be a pleasant shock.

So Like I said I have good friends in India, and in all good faith, they sent me a card with a depiction of their elephant goddess Ganesh. My eyes bulged a little when I saw a little swastika on one of the hands. Other people who saw that commented on it as well. This prompted some research. It turns out this symbol is an incredibly old fire sign dating back 3000 years. The asians are really mad at hitler for hijacking it and creating an evil version.
Its actually supposed to represent prosperity and positivity. It is even named after the Indian greeting Su Vasti meaning good health to you or good luck. I know I know, some luck for people crushed under the nazi regime. But in Asia there are two versions of the symbol. Clockwise it represents health and counterclockwise it represents death. The german version is on a white circle with a blood red backdrop. The nazis apparently went to great pains to ensure the symbol appeared to be rotating counter-clockwise to represent the destruction of life. It is a complete perversion of this old symbol.
So it is like eskimos can distinguish between seventeen different types of snow because they grow up in it. The asian religions, knowing this symbol see little similarity to the german version which is almost alien to them. I can appreciate that you want nothing to do with swastikas of any form but its not so easy to tell these religions to drop it.

Now about this Norway nonsense. The bad thing about it is that the muslim PR machine has kicked into overdrive. Oh look look there are christian extremists and all you do is complain about muslims. Waaah! I've already had a piece of dreck call me up and use this an example. Look at what an extremist your becoming he says. I'd considered quoting him here but I'm not sure hes worth your time.
Christians are of course allowed to destroy the enemy when a war is declared. Doesn't really cover one person going postal on an island. Anyway I think the primary reason this guy went on a rampage is because he is mentally ill. Only muslims and self haters are reading christianity into it. I'd appreciate it if nobody referred to him as a christian fundamentalist. Which will include you if you don't mind.

Things are heating up aren't they. Having said the above I'm sure a lot of us are secretly wishing for another Lee Harvey Oswald. Quick solution to the problem.
Annnnd in other news Amy Winehouse drops dead. Is Anyone remotely bothered? No. Good. Move on.

Shalom Chaim,
Hope all is well with you.
1) What is your opinion of Billy Joel? Are you a fan of his music?
2) I remember you've mentioned that you are a big fan of hard rock and heavy metal. What do you think of the following bands:
- Iron Maiden
- Judas Priest
- Black Sabbath
3) What do you make of the recent terrorist attacks in Oslo, Norway?
4) What is your opinion of the following world leader?
- Dmitry Medvedev
- German Chancellor Angela Merkel
- The President of Lebanon Michel Suleiman
5) Do you know who Mike Malloy is? This liberal piece of garbage said that Eric Cantor should be tried for treason because he promised Netanyahu that he will make sure that Barack Hussein Osama is kept in check. Have you head this story?
Many thanks,
RussianLeo
Gimatria:
Shalom Chaim,
1) Where is Amy Winehouse right now? Do you think air-conditioning would help her?
2) Please describe Marvin Hier and the Museum of Tolerance?
3) What is your opinion on the phrase:
"Eepook zeh Ko'ach"
4) Who is more evil, Sanford Rubinstein or Robert Morgenthau? Are both destined for the lake of fire?
5) Speaking of people who are burning in hell, please tell us about Peggy "Piggy" Tishman, the foul "advocate for the Jewish community". I remember when the UJA made that propaganda film asserting that blacks were the ones who liberated the Jews from the death camps. Tishman said that "black-Jewish relations are more important the truth".
Tishman also was responsible for financing the sculpture of the 9/11 firefighters, the one that fictitiously replaced two white firefighters with a black and hispanic.
Is there any doubt that Tishman is burning in hell? Is there any doubt that the Schwarz sculptors will join her?
Kol Tuv Chaim,
Gimatria

Shalomn Chaim, besides JDL, what other pro-Israel and pro-Jewish organizations are worthwhile?

Shalom Chaim,
1. What's your take on the housing protests going on in Israel? If we started building full-on, balls to the wall, in Judea and Samaria and Jerusalem, the laws of supply and demand would take over and housing prices would begin to drop almost immediately, would they not? Also, aren't tens of thousands of illegals using up much of the low-cost housing? And finally, surely there are miles of red tape and socialist bureaucracy that could be done away with that would speed up things considerably. What do you say?
2. Besides newspapers and the internet, what are you reading these days? Non-fiction? Fiction?
3. Why do world leaders and the media remain silent over the slaughter going on in Syria, but were so quick to unite in demanding that Mubarak step down? Obama and Clinton said the "time-limited, scope-limited kinetic military action" in Libya would last "days not weeks," but it has been months. Where's the outrage?
4. If America doesn't deal with its enormous problems soon, it will almost certainly implode. Do you think it is possible that like-minded States may secede from the union at some point and form their own Federations or Leagues based on the original principles of the country and Constitution?
