Picture and a short video of a Noachide Offering a Bird Sacrifice
edu:
The following is a translation of the ruling of the Chafetz Chaim {who also authored Mishna Brura}
on this issue:
Gentiles at this present time are permitted to offer sacrifices on a Bama, that is to say, they build a Bama for it should not be done directly on the ground. And they are permitted to offer on the Bama, domesticated and wild animals, and birds, males and females, without blemishes and with blemishes, as long as they are not lacking a limb and specifically pure {kosher} species and not impure. The Gentiles can only offer wholly burnt sacrifices and not peace-offerings {Shlamim in Hebrew}. It is forbidden to assist them and to be an agent for them, because it is forbidden for us to offer outside {the Correct Place on the Temple Mount}. But we are permitted to instruct them and to teach them how to offer for the sake of the Almighty, Blessed be He and the wood that they take for offering the wholly burnt sacrifice, should be from new wood and (so too, the fire). Namely, that a man has not used it {for other things} to exclude broken vessels.
