The British government took the right of fire arm protection away from its citizens a few years ago so now only a small number of people have weak rifles and shotguns for hunting and sport shooting to protect themselves. The British government have do not seem to care about religiously fueled Islamic attacks unless it is commited vice versa, They are unwittingly destroying their country and the British public are none the wiser, I worry It only a matter of time before civil unrest breaks out or the country falls to Islam, It is very worrying.

I'm near northern manchester as well.
I saw a news sheet saying anti-semitic attacks on the rise.
And I said to this official I was trying to convince of the islamic threat.
