The simple way to take care of this is cut off all Muslim immigration and either deport or kill all the Muslims that are here, who are by definition traitors to the country and the constitution. But that's not going to happen.
The reason why this isn't going to happen is that the population has been brainwashed severely by communist propaganda for the last several decades and most average people would react with horror to your suggestion rather than the more healthy response of supporting it out of a need for self-preservation.
