I'm a birther, and I've heard many people describe Obama's eligibility as a "losing issue", but the people who describe it that way are pretending that birthers are trying to change the minds of America's Bill Mahers. The fact that enforcement of the law isn't a winning issue should raise questions regarding whether or not some Democrats should have the right to vote given their low intelligence.
It's a politically-incorrect issue that forces you to recognize that blacks who say "Obama's eligibility is only an issue because he's black", & not because of evidence, simply don't care for enforcement of the law as evidence of Obama's ineligibility mounts.
