I know Christians have the New Testament but doesn;t the Torah say that Judaism believes in Stoning does'nt the Law of Moses teach Stoning ? Is it true for a person to be stoned to death in Judaism you must be be given a warning that you will be killed or get capital punishment for your crime before you do it and it must be known that you are going to do this and there must be witnessess ? Do Jews not give capital punishment because there is no Temple in Jerusalem and because the Messiah has not come yet ? Does Judaism require Stoning for Adultery Homosexuality and Sex outside of Marriage today ? Correct me if Im wrong but did'nt King David commit Adultery according to the Tanakh if true why was he not stoned ?

David didn't commit adultery. It's a HIGHLY misconceived idea that he did. Jews don't have capital punishments or anything like that today. There's much more than meets the eye. Don't go wikipedia-ing it. Better to ask an Orhtodox Rabbi.
Tag-MehirTzedek:
Adultery, Homosexuality- possibility although very rare. Also with adultery their was a whole procedure of the Sotah where she drinks the waters if she does not confess on her own. Also possibly with witnesses but again to actually be put to death was a rare occasion for all of the sins combined.
Sex outside of Marriage- No death penalty although not allowed. Some punishments can be given though (for example the man having to marry her and some other such things).

See Igrot Moshe, Even Haezer, Vol. I, siman 101. Based on this, it seems that you would have to modify your statement that in general a man would have to marry her.
I will leave it to someone else to draw the border line.
edu:
For the record Male Homosexuality under the very rare conditions that every one talked about above could be punished by stoning. Women who were unfaithful to their husbands, as well as the man that sinned with the married woman, faced a different type of death penalty.
People, who were sentenced to death by stoning, were usually killed by throwing then down from a high place. Only if they survived the fall, were they finished off by a stone or stones.
Concerning King David. The majority of rabbis do not believe he was guilty of adultery but rather a different sin. But even those that held it was adultery, hold that not all the legal requirements were in place, in order for the court to give him the death penalty.
