Quite obviously this guy has been to an al gore seminar and is concerned about global warming, he knows that the inventor of the internet cannot be wrong and soon we will all be under water, hence the life vest :D....though he should have been at my house mid april when I was still scraping ice off my car muttering a few explicit words about al and his warming ;)
