Texas secession petition reaches 25,000 signatures.
« on: November 13, 2012, 02:07:02 AM »
http://blogs.telegraph.co.uk/news/timstanley/100189246/texas-secession-petition-reaches-25000-signatures-even-obama-doesnt-warrant-this-conservative-pessimism/
The article has an anti secession bias but it does state that the petition has gathered enough signatures " of 25,000 signatures necessary to trigger an official response from the administration".
What do JTF people think?
Is secession good for Jewish interests? Is secession good for pro-Israel non-Jewish interests?

Ordinarily... I would say its bad for the state... but now... things are so doomed for our country... it may actually be a step in the right direction.

I really don't think it affects Israel in anyway.

Israel would have a brand new international ally.   The country of Texas.

This is the only solution to the demographic problem.  Although Texas is rich in natural resources, it is not the right state as it has too many blacks and Hispanics.

The last thing Texas needs is Obama's troops coming down here and murdering us.

More people thinking of signing petitions...they would rather be free in their state than under Government control.

So what? The problem isn't the number of blacks or Hispanics, the problem is the number of blacks or Hispanics (or whites for that matter) that expect to have the government pay for free stuff without having to earn it. If a state like Texas were to secede thereby losing access to all federal government entitlement programs AND Texas did not replace those programs with more of the same, I would have no problem with the race of the occupants as long as they were willing to carry their own weight. It's a moot point, though, since Honest Abe's precedent that made sure secession attempts by states would most likely be followed up by the appearance of federal agents with weapons. And I bet you were all wondering why DHS was buying up all that ammo.

according to http://news.gather.com/viewArticle.action?articleId=281474981757443
The secession movement has gathered now over 100,000 signatures for Texas
Someone raised the question, if one could get enough political support to leave the Union, wouldn't you also have enough political support to change the Union from within?
Answer, not necessarily.
For example, if enough disasters occured or mistakes by the Democrats, maybe a good republican candidate might be able (providing there is no cheating) to beat the Democrats in the next election. But he certainly won't get enough votes to undo all the "Rob from the Rich, Give to the Obama supporters", social programs and it will be hard to undo all the anti-religious legistlation (that is to say the anti Noachide Laws) legistlation.
However, he could be like Obama on immigration, failing to enforce certain laws to create facts on the ground for Secession.
Once states left the Union they wouldn't have to continue playing by the rules set down by Socialists and anti-white racists.
In any case even if the Secession movement doesn't succeed at least it's an issue to keep Obama busy with, so he has less time and energy to do other harmful things.
There might be better options than Secession and I am certainly open to them also.

Blacks and Hispanics will end up voting for the welfare option because they have a lower intellectual capability than white people.  It is no accident that out of the 100 or so black/Hispanic countries, none are first world.  I am surprised conservatives don't understand this

I don't consider Hispanics to be inherently less intelligent at all. If they test that way as a group it's probably down to language barriers with people taking English language tests when English is a second language for them. A lot of people I noticed want to learn English better so they will take the English version of something a lot of times even if there is a Spanish version available which they might understand better. They do this at my job a lot when we do training modules for example. There are Spanish modules but they tend to take the English ones most of the time anyway and then ask for help understanding them if they get stuck. I think this is good in a way because if they are going to live here then it's going to make it easier on everyone the more practice they get. There are stupid and smart people in all groups but I've never seen them act consistently stupid in the way blacks do.

I think many of them have the potential to be really conservative as many of them are Catholic and are therefore pro-life.

I'm naturally skeptical that any state, even Texas, could successfully make a go on its own.  However, if several red states get together, especially those more rural populations and with commodities that are easy to trade on the world market (read O-I-L, as in many red states), then there may be a path.

And the obvious spark would be an economic collapse:  many blue states would gratefully accept the chains of communism, whereas the hard-red states would be tempted to refuse more of the same medicine known to be a poison.  In the event of a collapse, the Federal government may not have the resources to enforce a union.  Let me note that there are millions upon millions of firearms in private hands in the United States, with billions of rounds of ammo.

It's unlikely, but we're utterly off-the-charts in terms of economics, so it's not impossible, in my opinion.  When times get ugly, ideas that were once considered bizarre come to the fore.

Read literature about iq differences in race.  Hispanics and blacks score significantly lower than whites and in a white competitive society will always lag behind.  Accordingly they will always gravitate towards welfare.  Sure, many Hispanics are Catholics but then why did 75pct vote for Obama?  Am not sure Obama represents catholic values.  If the us had no blacks or Hispanics, it would not be in the economic situation it is in.   I am not being racist, just stating the obvious....

Instead of making stuff up why don't you do some research and provide statistics and reports which support your assertion. At this point what you write is just your opinion...

Here is a study which ranks America pretty poorly compared to Asia...

http://scienceblogs.com/mikethemadbiologist/2011/03/16/pisa-and-us-academic-performan/

One of my great concerns for this country’s future is the underperformance of our youth when it comes to achievement in math and science. In December 2010, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) released the results of its 2009 Program for International Assessment (PISA) test, administered to thousands of 15-year-old students in 65 different countries around the world. The results were not good for the United States. In science, the U.S. ranked 23rd with a score of 502, well below Shanghai, China (575), Finland (554), Hong Kong, China (549), Singapore (542), Japan (539), Korea (538), and New Zealand (532), and just one point above the average score on this subject area of 501.

In math, the U.S. fared even worse, ranking 32rd on the PISA test with a score of 487. This score was 10 points below the average score (497) of the 65 participating countries. Number 1 was again Shanghai, China with a score of 600, followed by Singapore (562), Hong Kong, China (555), Korea (546), Taiwan (543), and Finland (541).

These results underscore the fact that we must find new approaches to educating our youth in math and science — the current approaches are clearly broken.

Additionally I know some Mexicans who are very intelligent, speak english perfectly, and have right wing tendencies... I believe it is not a genetic or racial thing..

Muman, you just proved yourself wrong.  America's scores are slipping because it is becoming more non white.  Google iq race and you will see askenazi Jews score 110-115, asians and whites slightly over 100 and then blacks and Hispanics in the 80s.  These stuies are adjusted for education etc Ever wondered why blacks have not invented anything? Africa is sitting on vast natural resources but Africans have never had the intellect to drill and dig the stuff out of the ground.  Again. I am not being racist.  Just like blacks are better athletes, there are large intellectual differences amongst races

So if the US had no blacks or Hispanics but it was still run by socialists who gave white people "free" stuff that they didn't have to work for it would have no economic problems because intelligent white people would prefer to work hard instead of taking the free stuff? Is the real problem in this country that there are too many blacks and Hispanics or is it that it has become a socialist welfare state where politicians use entitlements to buy votes and perpetuate the system?

My point is it is becoming socialist because of the changing demographics.  It is starting to mirror any other country in Africa or central America

At the risk of allowing this thread to devolve into a "chicken or the egg" argument, I do not believe that the reason this nation has become socialist is because the changing demographics have brought people into the country that have voted for socialism. I believe the slide to socialism has occurred by planned design whereby progressives have slowly and systematically taken over academia, media, and government and as such been able to brainwash the citizens into accepting socialism as a good thing. Once in power, socialists may favor changing the demographics in order to bring in more people that have a favorable opinion of socialism (who wouldn't want to come to a country and immediately be given free stuff that they don't have to pay for) thereby retaining their power.

The changing demographics help keep the socialists in power. The socialist/communist/NWO plan was in place before the demographics changed and that's part of their overall goals and helps them.
