I have been following this horrific story. Apparently rape is viewed as no big deal in India. I think it's interesting that no media outlets are giving the names of the six murderers. I wonder why...

Rape is considered to be a very serious offence in India, that is why almost all are demanding a death penalty for it and millions have come out on roads for it. The media outlets have on the day one announced the names of all the six criminals and all of them are unfortunately degenerated hindus.

Rape in India as compared to the US is socially and psychologically more serious. However the legal complications in India may be much more than the US.

Even if sex-selective abortion is outlawed, that doesn't change the culture and feelings of the country in question either toward women and girls. A lot of them also basically lose their personhood status if they get married and then their husband dies and they become a widow:
