First of all, who the hell mistakes a dog for a lion?

Second, only adult lions would have a mane like that, and yet the caller was calling to report a baby lion. It' as if they've never seen the Lion King movie or a nature show that shows what a lion cub looks like versus an adult.

lol... this reminds me of what happened with my sister's dog... he is some sort of chow chow mix... and he does look a bit like a Lion....  so he was sniffing at these mexican kids.... and the kids started yelling  'Lion' Lion'   AHHHHHH!!!!!!

That cat is very cute Meerkat! I bet if some of those people saw that they'd call 911 too. I like ginger cats a lot. None of mine are ginger but one of the neighbors has one and he comes over sometimes to our yard and lets me pet him.

We did a "lion" clip to one of our cats once, and in fact it was a large cat (Maine Coon mix). But being gray and strictly indoors, nobody reported him.

That's nothing!! I see packs of apes and baboons running the streets of my city all the time! Moreover,  these apes and baboons are far more dangerous than any lion.
