Well the thing that sticks out about the Quran is that it tells bible stories in ways that don't make sense. For instance when it mentions Haman it talks about him having to do with Egypt but Haman has to do with Persia in the bible. There are other things in the Quran that are just wrong from a biblical perspective.

The Muslim response would be that the bible is corrupted and the Qur'an actually got it right. There is a reason Muslims believe in every conspiracy theory in the world and that is because their religion is founded on a conspiracy theory

Is it true that in the koran, they refer to Miriam the sister of Moses as the same Miriam/Mary from the "New Testament"? Or how they said that the Pharaoh and Haman were friends or he was friends with another king who was not even alive during the time of Exodus?

Muslims will always claim that Mary had a secret brother that we don't know about or that it was just referring to her clan. Anyone with a monocum of intelligence will know this is a false claim since Muhammad repeatedly referred to Mary as the sister of Aaron in hadiths. As for haman, Muslims try to ludicrously claim that the Quran got this right because there is a stone engraving about an ancient Egyptian merchant named haman-hatep. Obviously anyone with a monocum of reason could see through this as well
