Ottawa, Canada - A self-proclaimed Nazi has been fined $4,000 for spreading hate on a website and Internet forum he called the Canadian Nazi Party for over six years.
The Canadian Human Rights Tribunal found Bobby Wilkinson of Ottawa and the Canadian Nazi Party discriminated based on disability, religion, race, color, and national or ethnic origin.
