I found these two lines interesting:

So basically she didn't want to inbreed, so she got acid splashed into her face by this monster.

It must be an Arab unsup, and most likely a quranimal. Nazereth is 100% Arab populated, and I think more then half of them are muzzies though it used to be majority Christian once.
