Monsanto is an extremely evil company that needs to die a horrible death one way or another.

They are an evil company. They deserve what they are getting.

Monsanto has caused so many problems for farmers all over the world and ruining farmers lives by suing over seeds going onto a farmers land from wind due to patents on their GMO seeds, there was a case I believe where a farmer ended up being convicted over violation of a contract or some sort of NDA.

Almost all of our corn and soy are GMO products nowadays, and even the non GMO food is grown from "modified" soil which is absolutely destructive to us. If you have eaten real food from a farmers market or ate food from a South American farm, you can tell there's something wrong with the food here from the modification.

I think in this particular case they are right. They should give an option for farmers to use their own harvest to reseed for a price without having to buy new seeds from suppliers. But they are right in the claim that they should charge him.
