Doubts have been expressed as to whether the US Marines marching at Obama's inauguration were real Marines?

They were meant to be from the elite Washington Marines Barracks whose parades are world class. But here they paraded out of line, disshevelled, slovenly, without bolts in their Garands and even unshaven as can be seen in this clip

"On orders from the Obama administration, the bolts from the M1 rifles carried by Marines in the Inaugural parade were removed. Even more shockingly, it appears that the Marines who normally provide security and perform ceremonial functions for the President were replaced with ringers.
