Considering the following from the article...

he literally drove through the mall, making a right turn, crashing into some kiosks and finally stopping when he crashed into the gate of a Champs Sporting Goods store

Now the question.... If you could go anywhere you wanted to get free clothes (I would say steal but hopefully no one here would do that), would your first choice be Champs Sporting Good? He purposely went there! I think I would be going to Neiman Marcus, Macy's, Dillard, Men's Wearhouse, etc. etc.....
