Under MA state law, and Bolshevist sentencing guidelines dictated by the Supreme Kangaroo Court, I believe that the absolute max a minor of this age can be sentenced to is being in a juvenile ward until age 21. Since it is unlikely he'll serve that whole amount of time (and he'll serve even less if the ACLU gets involved and gets the case thrown on a technicality or pushes for jury nullification--his lawyers might argue that the victim called this beast exactly what he is before he "snapped"), he'll definitely be freed onto the streets of America just as he's hitting his prime. What a lovely thought.
