Nice one. I'm very new to rifles and only bought my first this year, an AK from Arsenal Arms of Bulgarian origin.

Didn't watch the video, but anybody can build their own AK-47 or AR-15 with a parts kit.. However, the Receiver has to be registered with the ATF and have a legal serial number.  The gun must be 922r compliant, meaning it requires about 5 or more US parts if the rest of the components are imported from overseas.
