After a one week absence its time for my weekly letter from South Africa. As we all know Nelson Mandela has died , whilst most of the country was morning I was quietly celebrating. Mandela as portrayed in the Leftist media is some sort of G-d !! This as most readers know is untrue. The television and other media have been forcing down our throats the so called Mandela legacy , by the way my TV has not been put on for almost 10 days as its nauseating to see Mandela with kids and so forth , just like North Korean TV portrays their " beloved " leader !! So what do I make of all this? To start as a practicing orthodox Jew to see Mandela portrayed as a demi - G-d is a sin its goes against the very fabric of Judaism. NO MAN IS A SAVIOR especially not a communist and a terrorist. Had he taken power in the 1960`s South Africa would have been just another basket case in Africa ! What makes this worse is that members of the South African Jewry have all jumped onto the Mandela bandwagon. Big Jewish business is the worse , their tributes are of the greatest hypocrisy as they employ blacks but offer very little employment to their fellow Jew, the highest mitzvah is to give a man a job. In South Africa unemployment is around the 40% level and the Jewish community has been badly affected by it also remember affirmative action is rigorously implemented and yes their are legal loopholes to overcome it , but Jewish business is greedy and uncaring for their own. Our chief Rabbi Warren Goldstone was elected by big business for big business and has degenerate into a court Jew , almost like a jester praising the Mandela`s and politically correct establishments.
As an ordinary Jew I can only hope that we get leadership that will stand up against the rest, as we all know " The Jews are a nation that stands alone in the end " and it will be up to ourselves to fight against the tyranny of " political correctness "
