Regarding Mr Pollard, he was convicted of passing classified information to an ally WITHOUT intent to harm the U.S. He was acting to save Israeli lives with information that SHOULD have been passed on to them by the US government in the first place. He signed agreements to plea bargain to spare both governments a long and drawn out court battle with potential to allow classified information to leak out, which both governments renegged on. Life in prison with no parole in no way fits the "crime" in this case, for cyring out loud we let murderers, rapists and child molesters out of prison in some cases in less time than Mr. Pollard has already spent there, are we saying what he did was more serious? He has more than paid his debt, he should be set free immediately.

Heck, sometimes we don't even lock up murderers, rapists and child molesters at all. Your posts are consistently very level headed. I love it. Do your girlfriends display the same outlook as you or are they more prone to a left wing mindset?

The funny part is Alderich Ames did the review of his case and he's the one who said Pollard was responsable for the Russian agents who working for the U.S. deaths,when it was latter found out it was Ames fault.Pollard was Ames perfect foil
