North Tel Aviv vs southern Israel

Why is there no outrage over the presumed Israeli policy that hitting Sderot or Beersheva is acceptable but rockets at Tel Aviv is crossing a red line.  Isn't every Jew precious?  The residents of Tel Avis will get the short end of this deal because Bibi will learn to "show restraint" when Tel  aviv is hit.

As bad as this might sound, I am a little bit relieved that they are now hitting North Tel-Aviv. When they go after Tel-Aviv then the country reacts. When its against Sderot and the South for all of this time their isn't much if anything being done. The damage doesn't stop in the south, now its hitting Tel-Aviv and maybe those people there will wake up and react.
