He basically said whites are motivated by racism, and the recent vote was for the purpose of punishing blacks.

So lets follow his logic.

Well that is true in general. I find that in their case they often speak honestly about their ideology and their goals and provide a good view into the liberal thought process. This is in contrast to polished politicians that always whose words are so carefully phrased and completely misaligned with their true intentions.
