This is all part of the establishment's plan to implement a 2 state solution.   Bibi and Obama the BFF's and now Trump.  Get the Arabs to push the most extreme position as a first step.   Get people scared about the idea of granting citizenship to all the Fakestinians in territories currently.  (Because they will not fathom denying voting rights to these people, just as hotovely advocates to give them the vote).    Then this will "justify" a "compromise" solution that keeps them non-citizens - their own state.     

It would not surprise me if this stagecraft at the UN is not completely coordinated between Bibi and Obama Admin (and maybe even Trump).
