What about the blacks that walk in the middle of the street at night wearing black? Someone once said it's bad enough they walk in the street but you can't see them at night or maybe vice versa. If they wear white at night, people would see them.
I've seen blacks riding bikes in the middle of the street against the traffic. There were maybe four black kids and they took over all four lanes, so two of them were going against traffic since there were two lanes in each direction. My dad said they have their own rules.
