Symbols in Judaism

What do you consider to be symbols of Judaism?

A Kippah, Tallit, T'fillin, Mezzuzah, Menorah, Sedar Plate and its elements, Matzah, Challah...what are some others that I'm leaving out?

Dexter:
Kipa, Menorah, Talit, Tfilin, Tzitzit, Matza, Apple with honey (maybe it's just me  :laugh: ), Beard and Payots, Sheild of David and some more I think .

I have heard from my Rabbi that the menorah is a symbol of truth in general.
