Symbols in Judaism

What do you consider to be symbols of Judaism?

A Kippah, Tallit, T'fillin, Mezzuzah, Menorah, Sedar Plate and its elements, Matzah, Challah...what are some others that I'm leaving out?

I have heard from my Rabbi that the menorah is a symbol of truth in general.
