Only Gentiles who follow the Seven Noahide Commandments are allowed to live in Israel. This excludes Christians and Muslims. Since most of them will not leave their religions, they have to leave Israel.

Gemarra states that 10 measures of licentiousness descended to the world, and the Arabs took 9. Everyone can overcome their nature without even knowledge of the seven, and someone who keeps to them has a share in the world to come and is a blessing for this world, but their nature is a great challenge to overcome. Islam just enshrined the worst parts of the tendencies of these people into a religion.
