I can't believe this lady was able to graduate as an MD.  She is talking conspiracy lingo and not science. RNA vaccines don't genetically modify stem cells nor any cell. That's their biggest selling point over DNA vaccines which do technically modify some minuscule amount of cells. The idea in both methods is trigger the natural immune response of the body against cells which present foreign proteins which indicate to the body that they are infected by a virus. These cells then get destroyed. But in the case of a DNA vaccine I suppose there is the possibility that embedded DNA remains unexpressed in some cells.
