If you have a service on regular days, it's like if you pray without a minyan.

The laws of the Torah, here being lighting a fire, extinguishing a fire, playing music, writing, and a few other activities that are forbidden on shabbat, do not go away during regular flu season even when it's worse than usual. Completely no.

No. Not allowed.  That violates the prohibitions of the holiday.

There is no prohibition being violated by praying at home alone (as long as this is without using computer or other electronic devices to do so). 
Or even better, praying outside at an outdoor minyan with sufficient spacing.  No prohibitions violated there either.  But Jewish law does not allow violating prohibitions for the sake of praying in a group vs. praying alone.
