Edwina Koch along with despicable David Dinkins, no loss to sub humanity and evil
successor to Edwina leave NYC with it’s worst legacy so far. Rudy Giuliani, the
best Mayor ever for NY was a temporary antidote as he made a vast difference and
did his best to clean it up only to get the eventual Bill de Blasio who will leave a   
legacy of decadence, degeneracy and destruction potentially far worse than the worst of 
his predecessors.

It bears mentioning that Bloomberg did terrible things as the Mayor of New York
like the multiple increases in property taxes among other terrible things, however,
many feel that de Blasio is considerably worse.
