The State/Government of Israel has no right to decide who can come into the land of Israel. The government banned Chaim despite the fact that he is clearly a Jew and therefore is allowed to return to Israel based on the Law of Return. The government can't decide what Jews are acceptable and what Jews are "undesirable". ALL JEWS ARE ALLOWED AND OBLIGATED TO LIVE IN THE STATE OF ISRAEL AND THE GOVERNMENT HAS NO RIGHT TO PREVENT A JEW FROM DOING SO. If I was ever faced with Chaim's situation I what just do what we did to get around the British. Sneak in by boat or other form. The government has no right to prevent him from living in Israel and as such he is allowed and obligated to ignore any government order from banning him from the state. If we let the government decide who is desirable all that will be left in Israel will be Socialist, Communist and leftist pigs! The Israeli government has to learn that it doesn't matter whether a Jew is "desirable" or not, either way he is allowed to come live in the land!
