Strange I never heard this. How can he been a Cohen if he is Ben YOSEF (not Levi)? Generally things go ben achar ben (after the father) when it comes to Moshiach. Do you know where that is written?

He said Sefer Kol HaTor , but I have read it some time ago and dont remember that to be the case. The sefer is also available online for free to read.
