All Gentiles are B'nei Noah. The false argument is that Muslims are Righteous Gentiles.

Such errors are understandable because there was very little authoritative material to guide Orthodox Rabbis before Rabbi Weiner determined the Torah Law for Gentiles more comprehensively in the Divine Code.   

I am forever thankful to Rabbi Singer for allowing me to moderate his channel, although I disagree with this specific video.

Muslims violate every single Noahide commandment (their monotheism is debatable), and by definition Noahides are not allowed Chidush Dat (making up a new religion), so even if they weren't such genocidal, thieving, sex obsessed freaks, they would still not count as Noahides.
