It could be an issue of Pikuah Nefesh for the Jews in Ukraine

He went there for the Ukrainians, if there was any mention of the Jews it was a secondary subject.

He should be working on the Iran issue (a new Iran deal is about to be signed any time now after the US gave up all on sanctions), instead all week he and his government are blabbering about Ukraine because Ukraine has become the new darling of the establishment. The new BLM.

It reminds me of Ivanka Trump who would get permission to travel on Shabbat.
