It is true that according to Rambam's Laws of the Worship of Stars (and Idols) 10:6, during the diaspora of the Jews, no Gentile can be accepted into a legal status of a "Resident" (Ger Toshav in Hebrew). However, it is equally true that according to Rambam's Laws of Kings 8:11, anyone who accepts upon himself the fulfillment of these seven mitzvot and is precise in their observance is considered one of 'the pious among the gentiles' and will merit a share in the world to come. The Gentile resident of the land of Israel and the pious Gentile are different Torah Law categories. Meza conflates them to promote his anti-Noahide propaganda.
