Of course it is forbidden! See for example, Igrote Moshe, Yoreh Deah Vol. 4, Siman 11:4 that if the holiday is in the books of their religion, participation in the holiday is part of the prohibition, "In their statutes you shall not go" - Leviticus 18:3

A Jew celebrating any non-Jewish religious holiday violates the commandment in Deuteronomy 13:1: "Everything I command you that you shall be careful to do it. You shall neither add to it, nor subtract from it."
Gentiles are obligated to fulfill the Seven Noahide Commandments because they are the eternal command of God, transmitted through Moses our teacher in the Torah. The main and best book on details of Noahide observance is "The Divine Code" by Rabbi Moshe Weiner.
