Should women dye their hair?

As long as you don't dye your hair blonde. I hate that all these brunettes die their hair blonde and look horrible. Especially the Jewish Yeshivah girls trying to look like a Barbie doll by changing their hair color. You should use your natural hair color otherwise don't do it since you look silly.

I had a girlfriend that liked to bleach her hair or highlight it, doesn't matter to me.

By should, you imply that they must.
No woman should feel obligated to dye her. But if she wants to, there's nothing wrong with that.
and some women want to hide their gray hair. Not necessarily change the whole color of their hair. I think that if she wants to do that, it's perfectly fine.

So then you are saying that when it is necessary that a woman should dye her hair but ONLY if it is her natural color. But then that mandates how she should do it...and no woman should have to do anything if she doesnt' want to do it when it comes down to dying her hair a specific color.
Now of course, if she wanted to dye it blue, she shoudl be discouraged from it.
