Should women dye their hair?

They should only for that reason but back to their natural color.

If a woman has very dark hair, just dyeing it to replace the natural color won't work after a while.  After a certain age, a slightly lighter shade is more flattering, as are highlights.

100% agree.

I think the worst thing on an older woman is dark hair, it makes her face look harsh.

The same is kind of true for blonde women. 

As they get older, the hair (for some of them) gets darker.  So going a shade lighter, or adding highlights brightens up their faces as well.

Yes My hair has darkened with age. But lighten it and it goes red  :::D

My hair dresser reckons its because I was a honey blonde as a child.
