Do you like fish?

<< < (4/6) > >>

Dr. Dan:
Sushi is good.

Ulli:

--- Quote from: ~*Mills*~ on January 20, 2008, 09:49:46 PM ---I had a pet fish but he died a few weeks ago. I adopted a new one.
He was a male albino beta fish. My new one is a red beta male fish.

I also love kosher fish.
I love salmon, tuna, tilapia, whitting and pollock.

--- End quote ---

I cook the pollock in water with some vinegar, bay leaves, salt and peppercorn. After the fish is ready, I take some butter in a pot and melt it. Now I take some flour and mix it with the melted butter. Then I add some milk, some of the fish-stock and some chopped fresh dill. Finally you put the fish (without head) in the hot sauce. Try it with cooked potatoes. :P

Is this a whitting?

Gefilte fish! I laughed when I saw that! I like the frozen kind but the stuff that comes in the jar... no thanks. It's the Jewish version of SPAM.

Ulli:

Ulli:
