Gentiles are obligated to fulfill the Seven Noahide Commandments because they are the eternal command of God, transmitted through Moses our teacher in the Torah. The main and best book on details of Noahide observance is "The Divine Code" by Rabbi Moshe Weiner.

 :usa+israel:                                                                                                                          :fist:

I believe that Saul/Paul was even more complicit in
persuading those Jews that followed his “advocation”
of not having to keep the Sabbath or adhere to the
Kosher laws so even though many used their ‘free will’
following Jesus, Paul ‘laid the foundation’ for them, having
persuaded them into sacrilege whereas Jesus did say “I have
not come to abolish the law or the prophets but instead
to fulfill them,” or at least something to that effect how-
ever the “stipulation” is that to do that “in his way”
which led to his followers eventually starting their own
‘covenant/religion’ which is forbidden according to Jewish Law!
Finally, with references of Matthew to Paul and the ‘ritual
commandments’ and more, Rabbi Tovia delivers yet another
insightful and powerful commentary of this particular
  topic.
