Dear Chaim, are the Christians of Syria any safer than their counterparts in other Arab Muslim countries? Many Iraqi Christians have settled in Syria since the aftermath of the war in Iraq and that Syria does not recognize Islam as the state religion. Also Syria has a tiny Jewish community most of them living in Damascus. Chaim I would like your opinion on this.

The authors of the book are saying that AIPAC controls American foreign policy. Obviously, that's a Nazi lie. They also say that AIPAC tilts American foreign policy in a pro-Israel direction and encourages hostility against Iran, Syria, and other Arab and Muslim countries. It's clear that AIPAC does not have a pro-Israel agenda and is not nearly as hostile against Israel's enemies as it should be. Do you think the authors of the book actually believe in the lies they are writing, or are they deliberately trying to deceive people?

Of course I do not deny that double standards against women exist. They bother me a lot too, and anybody who hates women because they are women, such as Adam613, is an utter Nazi. But I do think anti-woman biases are lessening in general, and I do not think they are as strong in religious circles (where immorality is likely to be frowned on in either sex) as in the secular world. Feminism has definitely created an entitlement mindset in the minds of a vast swath of Western or Westernized women similar to what the civil rights movement has done with the "Mmm-hmm!" people.

I was recently dismayed to learn that there were a large number of Jews involved in the destruction of South Africa's white government which of course led to that country's transformation from a prosperous society into a third world hellhole. Of the whites who supported Nelson Mandela and aided in the overthrow of the white government, a disconcertingly large percentage of them seemed to be Jewish, including four of the five lawyers who represented Mandela. I can SORT OF understand why American Jews were so obsessed with fighting for blacks, out of some misguided identification with "oppressed people," but for the life of me I cannot fathom why Jews in SOUTH AFRICA would try so hard to throw their own country to the wolves. Why they did this is totally beyond me, especially considering the fact that white South Africa was one of the ONLY allies of Israel in the entire world. What is your take on this? Why did it happen?

I wanted to follow up on my question of last week. First in terms of Aaron Klein's book I think you need to understand that it is not written for people like you who are experts on the subject. The theme of the book was that Israel's existence is in danger and went through the list of problems. His chapter on how Abbas'
group is full of leading and vicious terrorists might make an impression on the average person who keeps reading that Abbas is the moderate who opposes terrorism and is in favor of peace with Israel. I was only surprised by how brazen he is in keeping terrorists on the so called PA payroll. I would have expected a more discrete connection with more deniability.
On my main point of action, I certainly agree with you that illegal or violent actions are not the way to go. This is not the 60s or 70s. In addition demonstrations are also yesterday's game and the internet is today's. If I remember correctly you had a second group to donate to that was exclusively for Jews in Judea and Samaria, in fact I donated to it. Have you consolidated the two groups?
Finally, may I suggest that we send emails or other forms of communications of encouragement to the Jews in the outposts and others who are in danger of expulsion. It might help their morale and their ability to resist expulsion if they know not every Jew and every American buys into the big lie of land for peace (as I pointed out on a thread several weeks ago, by this logic would you call a bank robbery cash for peace, or a mugging wallet for peace) or has been brainwshed by the Israeli media such as Whore aretz, Idiot Achronot, or the Jerusalem Compost. If you or someone at JTF could provide a list of email addresses or other contact info we could start that.

Have you ever noticed how bad the music of Muslim countries is in contrast to the music of non-muslim cultures?
The Armenians for example have a fantastic music tradition. Their nasty Muslim Nazi neighbours in Turkey have just air polluting noise which they call music.
When I was in Egypt 2 years ago, the music which came up from the radios sounded like a howling dog with the singer pronouncing all the time the word "shahid".
The music of the Copts in Egypt in contrast sounds much more delightful.
Poor Israeli Jews who with the Arab minority must endure this from their radios and televisions all the time!
I wonder, does Islam, besides transforming a person into a braindead zombie, also destroy the musicality of an entire culture?

Dear Chaim,
I would like to follow up on the question Rubystars asked last week. You told her that G-d wants animals, as well as humans to be fruitful and to multiply.
Now getting back to humans, (and I don't mean to be offensive) but I have a hard time believing that G-d likes it when some 28 year old black woman on welfare has ten kids with who knows how many different "fathers." And surely such a thing cannot apply to illegal aliens who get knocked up in their teens and repeatedly pop out anchor babies at the expense of American taxpayers. Or look at how the population of Africa is rapidly increasing despite the prevalence of HIV, malaria, TB and other deadly diseases. It's as if all those people do there is have sex rather than striving to improve their environment for their existing children.
Now you'll probably say that *good* people should be the ones having lots of children, and I agree. But I can almost guarantee that the people in the groups I just listed all consider themselves "good." In this day and age, sex and irresponsible procreation are the new "civil rights." (Never mind the fact that these parents are either unable to unwilling to properly support their offspring.)
So I would like to know if there are any situations in Judaism besides menses, where intimacy between a husband and wife is prohibited. I realize that illegitimacy is a no-no, but what else do the Torah and Talmud have to say about irresponsible slacker adults who repeatedly pop out children they're unwilling or unable to support just for the welfare?

Shaloom Chaim, have you ever thought about getting out of Spew Yuck city and moving to where it is more conservative and less bothersome such as Nebraska Texas, Colorado or New Hampshire? Since you no longer are on public access and since you're stuck in the USA I think it would be good for you to go where the schvartzas are harmless where the bible is still the standard and its clean cheap and there's little crime.

In the Torah, the book Numbers 3:15 says
"Let all the children of Levi be numbered by their families and their fathers' houses; let every male of a month old and over be numbered."
A supporter of that baby killing beast Tiller, the killer quoted this verse and noted since every male of a month old and over was asked to be numbered, G-d Himself did not consider babies younger than one month old as human beings and it is okay to perform partial birth abortions based on this verse.
Does this verse really mean babies who are under a month old are not real persons? If the abortionists want to take this verse to justify abortions they cannot abort any female baby because Numbers 3:15 only talks about male babies?

I have a question about the Torah passage concerning Ishmael: "And he shall be a wild man; his hand against his brothers and his brothers' hands against him."
The take I have on this passage is that since Ishmael was the patriarch of the arabs, and he was a wild man, so too would his descendants be wild men. And we have seen that. The arabs are wild men, engaging in the most repulsive types of animalistic behaviour. Subjugation, murder, mutilation, are part of the arab mentality. I've even seen videos of arabs engaging in cannibalism.
So I guess my question is two-fold: is arab behaviour entirely explained by this passage in Beresheet, and does this passage prohibit the arabs from overcoming their nature? Must the arabs behave in this way? Is it even possible for them to become decent people? Or does this passage condemn them to evil behaviour in perpetuity?

I have noticed I think because of affirmative action that you see unqualified blacks in jobs that they are unqualified and inexperienced. Like where I work while I see whites and others with college degrees working at places such as walmart and grocery stores such as some of my friends. I have also noticed in the public high schools that a lot of whites and other minorities I think are being forced into the lower tracks and special education in favor of having unqualified blacks who aren't particularly smart go into the college prep track. Is this true or just conspiracy?
