Something does need to be done and fast... Israel is being surrounded by hostile muslim countries that are becoming more and more under the control of Iran... When hostilities breakout between Israel and Iran it will not be a limited situation for Israel... Israel will have attackers coming at her from every side... I can see the shvartza Administration laying back and not doing much to help and actually step in if Israel manages to push it's attackers back.
