What's the difference between זו and זאת? Can they be used interchangeably?

Maybe add "zeh" to that???

זה is a masculine word. זו and זאת are both feminine, and I'm not sure what the difference is between them.

Pretty much the same thing, except that זאת is from Biblical Hebrew, while זו is from the Hebrew of Chazal.

There is a slight difference in some situations, but I do not think I could really explain it.
