Try the "Klezmer" music it is a traditional Jewish music from eastern Europe. I think it is also related to Gipsy music. There is plenty of klezmers in zootube.

Classical music is not Jewish music, there are Jewish classical composers but that doesn't make their music Jewish.

You can also try 'jewish cantor songs', 'yiddish music', "Chassidic Music", 'liturgical Jewish' (here is a link to one such classic: http://video.google.com/videosearch?q=yidish+music&sitesearch=#q=jewish liturgical&sitesearch= (http://video.google.com/videosearch?q=yidish+music&sitesearch=#q=jewish liturgical&sitesearch=))

For Jewish/Hebrew/Yiddish acoustic music ...
Fabrangen Fiddlers is a good place to start.
Robyn Helzner Trio is also very good
