Shem the son of Noah was completely righteous (the Divine Code by Rabbi Weiner, Second Edition, p 92, citing Tractate Sukkah 52b, and the explanation by Rashi there).

Malki-tzedek was Noah's son Shem, so you gave the correct answer.
