Should we call it 'Tea Time with the BullCat Girls'?
I hear that we like to drink tea  ;)

I'm not sure that we are 'interesting' enough girls for a thread but
you can ask what you like...We might even answer  ;)

Thanks Sarah for the vote of confidence.  :)

I'm not sure about really making a thread.
I would feel funny.
Here is fine.  Cottage scenery would be fun  ;)

I'm going out the door.
My friend's Mom passed away.
I have to attend the wake.

Thanks again - Sarah.

BullCat jr. has a bit of a fever.
She wanted you to know she is under the weather.  :'(

Aww poor thing, i hope she gets better speedily...tell her nature won't be happy with one of their little ones under the weather!

Much respect to your friend's mother, may she rest in peace.

You are Jewish, is hebrew/italien/English your first language?

Dear Bullcat,

As an Italian girl living in Joisey, how many relatives are 'made men'? :)

The Cosa Nostra doesn't exist anymore.  At least not in America.

Sarah - I'm Catholic.  I was born in Queens, New York.  Queens is one of the 5 boroughs that make up the City of NewYork (Manhatten, Queens, Brooklyn, the Bronx and Staten Island).  I have a Queens NY accent.  I do speak a bit of Italian.
BullCat jr. does not speak with a NY accent yet but I'm working on her.

Zero made men.
I come from a long line of artisans.  8;)
My family helped to build much of the infrastructure of New York State - facilities that many still depend on vitally to this day.
The men in my family are hardworking and decent...for the most part.

Scriabin is correct.  La Cosa Nostra is not what it used to be.
Yet - the organizations that replaced it - seem more vicious and vile.

You actually changed the name of the thread Newman  :o
Thanks...but I don't think we are exciting enough to warrant a thread.

I will tell you a story which you, being like me, might find funny.

I had a conversation with a black man and his 'fiancee' the other day.
I was working  ;)
He asked me if I could cook.  Being tired and annoyed by their antics.  I could really make you laugh if I could tell you the whole story in person.  I said 'NO'.
He looked me dead in the face and said "Well...You can fry chicken can't you?!!!"
I felt like saying...Yep and I can slice watermelon too  :)

I know that can be an offensive story but you had to be there.  They were stereotypical to a tee and quite abusive to boot.

My Sister-in-Law hired an Au Pair when she her first child.
The young woman came from Middle America.
She spent about a week with my Sister-in-Law and her husband.
Then she threw her suitcase out the window and made a quick get away.  ;)  :::D

Similar to this one? This is the Church that is at the end of my road.

Nope I haven't been to America. Do your cousins live in a city?
It's pretty easy to go back and forth from the U.K to America, they never ever cancel any of the long-haul flights to America.

New York is full of many beautiful Churches and Synagogues.
We drove through Manhatten the other day.  For some reason, that day, I noticed so many Churches and Synagogues.  I never realized how many there are before.
Maybe it was because of the route we took.  We visited the Museum of Natural History.
The Church at the end of your road is beautiful.
I'll have to let you know the name of the city where my family lives.  They just moved.

I would never have thought. The only New York I can really picture are the sky scrapers and retail high roads, the way many films depict it to be. The Church is a beautiful one, though if i expanded the frame for you, you'd see a disgusting estate where drugdealers and the sorts live. Alongside a busy main road. :)

I traveled a lot when I was single.  I loved it.
I went to Italy twice and would like to return.
I've been around the U.S. and visited Canada.
I would like to visit England, Spain and Australia.
I have no desire to visit the African Continent - but who knows where life will take you.   ;)
My parents didn't take us on big trips when we were young.
They did most of their traveling when my Dad retired.
How about you Sarah?
You are very young.
I didn't really travel on my own until I started college.
Have you traveled much?  Where have you gone?
BullCat jr. hasn't done much traveling...mostly just places we could drive to.

They am 2 trains, you have dee bengali express and there you am have your mixture of goat herders, ones dat just smells like goats, half slant eyes, you dot heads, you darkies and you whiteys dat look likes salt sprinkled in.  Den dee udder train is dee Jungle express and there you have you little monkeys, you big monkeys, you apes, your orangutans, you gorillas, you beans, you slit eyes, you goat herders dat gots on dee wrong train and you whiteys.  Gives me dee alleygators, please.

Sounds like he is right in the heart of it on a daily basis.

Lets me starts by just sayin dat dee alleygators is dee least of dee problems, I'm rather sits in dee sewer witt dee alleygators and lets them molest me's den rides witt dee animals on dee train.
Now abouts dee gators, I think everyone no dis, years ago little Jewish children use to go to Miami on vacation and bring back little alleygators buts when they gots home to dee east side of manhattan or to Brooklyn their mothers use to say "govalt" gets rid of dat and they use to flush dem down dee toilet and that how dee gators got in dee sewers.  Buts I don't no's how it all started witt dee animals on dee trains.
Aren't the "alleygators" what you have lurking between the buildings up in Harlem JB? 8). You forgot to mention one of the other great train lines in old New York The Orient Express No. 7 line from little China Town to Queens Plaza ;)

I'll have to check in with the forum NYC Subway/Sewer Expert . JohnsonBrown.  ^-^
He may be able to enlighten us on the feeding, enticing and molestation of any animals that occur within that system.
Sounds like he is right in the heart of it on a daily basis.

Here's the clue:

Negroes
Apes
Alligators
Criminals
Pimps

Bullcat,

Can any of your Italian relatives shead any light on the whereabouts of Jimmy Hoffa?

Bullcat,

Can any of your Italian relatives shead any light on the whereabouts of Jimmy Hoffa?
^-^ Now why would you ask a nice Italian girl a question like that?
You know the old saying - Dead men tell no tales...nor do those who value life neither.  Uncle Vinny Two Toes told me that once.  ;)

Remember!
I have no connected members in my family
...that I wish to speak of.  8;)

Come to think of it, Huey Williams of the TWU (our Teamsters' Union) does look like a heavier version of him.

hmmm?
