I'm rooting for the Red Sox because of Epstein and Youkilis.  Before, the playoffs began, I picked Boston to win the World Series, but Colorado has been incredibly hot.  I think they might be hurt by the long layoff, but we'll see.  Should be a good series.  I'll say Boston in 6 or 7.

I like for either team to win.  I was at the first regular season game of the Rockies at Shea Stadium playing the Mets (they lost 3-0).  I still have the ticket stub and got a program from the game.  It was the first and only game that I saw in person that I knew ahead of time that it will be a historical game despite the final result.  I would like to see them win their first championship.  I have the first game of the Marlins and their first title on tape, I would like the same with the Rockies.  I also like to see the Red Sox win to stick it to all the Yankee fans who live and work in my co-op.

I am cheering for the Rockies cause I hate the Redsox, and it makes for something different.

That has to be the first game ever, Yacov.  I remember it too.  Also I want the Red Sox to rub it in to Yankee fans as well.

LOL I am a Yankee fan.  But I get bored from baseball by the time July comes along.

Red Sox  vs. Yankees - now that's a playoff series.  O0
Best World Series - Mets vs. Yankees !!!

Sure that's great for folks in New York but what does that do for the people in French Lick, IN or Walla Walla, WA?

I never root for the National League team......except when the Red Sox are in the Series.  Go Rockies!

I would like to see the Rockies win since they haven't won it yet. But I think that the Sox will take the series. Josh Becket is absolutely amazing! It would be great if the Mets could get a hold of him, and while he's still in his prime, unlike what the Mets usually do which is to wait until an all star pitcher is past his prime and then acquires him.
