Sleep more, eat more, drink more and exercise more.

Thanks guys.  I actually do have a physical coming up.  It's supposed to be annual, but I missed last year's.  Hopefully, I have nothing to report (lol).  I tend to be cynical and find Doctor's a bit over hyped.  Even if I tell them something is bothering me they don't do much about it.  I think part of the tired thing might relate to what Chaim mentioned on the last Ask JTF show.  When you are looking forward to something, you have much more energy, and unfortunately I find much of my job monotonous.

Any advice?

Give your PC some rest - Sitting infront of my PC debating on JTF an average of 19 hrs a day is not healthy. I have gave up my career as an assistant manager in my local KFC so I can continue posting.

You may have diabetes
but if you have been seen by a doctor
i can give you some fitness advise and some dietary advice
First of all try try to stay away from the freezer and the pantry
because most of the healthiest foods come from the fridge
stay away from white bread buy wheat or lite bread
give up sodas completly because no soda is a good soda
drink lots of water
go speed walking or jogging because that will improve your cardio
sex is also very healthy
if you can afford a gym membership all the power to you because that will help trememdously with your physical fitness
ok a great diet that works is the atkins diet because my father lost 65 pounds and became very healthy on it
and i try to follow that diet the best i can
i am 6foot and 175 pounds of pure muscle and i feel great
is have a great deal of respect when i go to the randolf gym and i see overweight people exersising because they are trying to pursue physical fitness
but when i eat fast food which is extremly rare and i see an overweight individual just eating without a care in the world it makes me sick
i say anyone have achieve physical fitness all it takes is willpower, self determination, and self control

Having too much free time can make a person tired.

Staying busy always helps.

I used to be like that.  Then I:

Now I'm a ball of fire, am never tired at work, and sleep like a baby ;)

I'm also tired all the time.  It has to do with how much sleep you get.  I need at least 9 hours of sleep to feel well rested, but usually I get only 7 hours so hence I feel tired all the time.

Eliminate stress. Stress is more fatiguing than a lack of sleep.
