Title: I propose a different strategy for Liveleak

I think Liveleak is "friendlier," but they don't want us to post multiple copies from many accounts.

I propose we use Liveleak a little differently:

• Only one copy be posted of each video
• We then use that URL to hit various discussion boards and Internet forums, pointing people at it.

I don't think people search for videos on LL the way they do on YT (though I could be wrong).  I'm thinking to use it more as a video hosting service where we can direct people to them...

Thoughts?
